Plugin for Godot 4

Exciting news for Godot users! I'm thrilled to announce the release of the new runtime plugin, allowing you to seamlessly import effects from Pixelpart directly into Godot 4. Download the plugin at pixelpart.net/get/.

To get started, simply activate the plugin in your project's settings. Then, place your effect files (.ppfx) into the resource folder and create either PixelpartEffect or PixelpartEffect2D (for 2D effects) nodes to begin playing those eye-catching effects in your project. The plugin supports playback of all your 2D and 3D effects created in Pixelpart and works on Windows, Mac, Linux and Web.

But wait, there's more! It's often important to modify effects depending on the current game state, which is why the runtime plugin offers an extensive scripting API. With GDScript, you have the power to fine-tune and precisely control the behavior of your effects. You can find more details on how to use the plugin in Pixelpart's Guide.

By the way, the plugins are Open Source and your contributions are not only welcome but encouraged! Join the community and help shape the future of Pixelpart: GitHub: pixelpart-plugin-godot4.
